Validity of the sales contract, commercial and price information

The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.

The prices of products sold by Puhastid OÜ are indicated with the products. The price is subject to a delivery charge (except in the case of a promotion or other offer).

The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery charge is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

All prices are in Euro.

Placing an order/Purchasing process

In order to order an item, you must add the desired products to your shopping cart, either from the product or category view. To make your order faster in the future, you can register as a Puhastid.ee customer. In order to place an order, you will need to fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method (for registered customers, these fields will be saved for future use). The delivery prices are indicated for the respective delivery methods and are also displayed in the order overview.

You can pay securely in the e-shop via the following payment methods:

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS.
Puhastid OÜ is the controller of personal data, Puhastid OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to Maksekeskus AS, the processor.

 

When you’re ready to pay for your order, press the Place order (wording may vary) button.

If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, you will be directed to the bank you have previously selected to make the payment. Follow the bank’s instructions and once the payment has been made, click on the “Back to merchant” button (the wording may vary depending on the bank) and you will be redirected back to the online shop and issued with an order confirmation email.

If you choose a credit card as your payment method, you will be redirected to the appropriate environment to make the payment you have previously selected. Follow the instructions provided by the merchant, and once the payment has been made, click on the “Back to merchant” button or similar (depending on the environment), you will then be redirected back to the online shop and an order confirmation email will be issued.

If you choose to pay by invoice/bank transfer, the transaction will be completed immediately without leaving the online shop and you will receive an email with an overview of your order and instructions for paying by bank transfer.

The contract shall enter into force from the date of receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Shop.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiry of the delivery period or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days after the notification.

Delivery to

Goods will be sent to the countries shown on the payment form: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.

Delivery partners : DSV and Cargoson

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed with the shipping method.

In the case of large goods that require lifting equipment, this is organised by the Buyer.

Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.

In exceptional cases, you have the right to have the goods delivered within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online shop within 14 days [depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right to withdraw, the relevant products and services must be listed and must meet the conditions listed in § 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act].

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.

In order to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods ordered may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same way as is allowed for testing the goods in a physical shop.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if the goods show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop has the right to reduce the refundable fee in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.

In order to return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal form and send it to the contact e-mail address of the Online shop within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for returning the goods is that they do not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. they are wrong or defective).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he has handed them over to the carrier within the above period.

Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, Puhastid OÜ shall return to the Buyer without delay, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal, all payments received from the Buyer under the contract. Cleaners Ltd may refuse to make any refund until it has received the goods covered by the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that it has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method.

Puhastid OÜ has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and to demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online shop is indicated significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

Right to lodge a complaint

Puhastid OÜ shall be liable for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery of the goods and which becomes apparent within a period of up to two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, of which within the first six months after delivery of the goods to the buyer, it shall be presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the goods. It is the responsibility of the On-line Shop to rebut this presumption.

In the event of a defect, the purchaser has the right to contact the online shop within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to epood@puhastid.ee or by calling +372 5322 5822.

Puhastid OÜ is not liable for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

If the goods purchased by Cleaners Ltd have defects for which the Online Shop is responsible, the Online Shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Shop will refund the buyer all fees that were included in the sales contract.

Puhastid OÜ will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

Puhastid OÜ will use the personal data provided by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online shop forwards personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.

Puhastid OÜ sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his/her wish to receive such newsletters and offers by entering his/her e-mail address in the online shop or by subscribing to the newsletter during the checkout process and has indicated his/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.

The purchaser can opt-out of receiving offers and newsletters by e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

If the buyer and the Online Shop are unable to resolve the dispute through an agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can read the terms and conditions of the procedure and submit an application here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising out of a contract between the buyer and the Online Shop. The examination of the buyer’s complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
